I thought it was to be a laundromat ? You should decide whether you want to bring cleanliness or shitfacedness to the world. Cleanliness is godliness but the rest is poetry.
definitely shitfacedness. the laundromat is still our backup plan, in case our loan isn't enough to buy the bar, but what happened was our friend who is buying the bar came up short on funds, and asked us if we wanted to be partners. we have one loan offer that's come in so far, and it looks good. we'll see soon.
