I don't have to understand
I am not obligated to understand what is going on in the world.
I have no need to know the history of your region.
I don't want to see it from your perspective to understand why you are killing people.
I do not have to respect your culture.
I don't want to choose sides, but I reserve the right to not stay impartial.
But most importantly, you must remember that it is you who created the issue. You had other options, but you chose to kill instead. Because you want your things. And you don't want someone else to have them. And you expect me to help you. And if I don't, then I am a hater of you. An anti ______ . When I really don't care one way or the other (or, more accurately, I am not obligated to), but I do care that you are dragging the rest of the world, including mine, into your tribal dispute.
If a small tribe, removed from the world, chose to live on an island and keep to themselves, no righteous person would question their wisdom and integrity. But I am obligated to take a stance, unless it is different then yours? I want to be on the island, but I am forced off to take part in your war. You are ruining my life, but you blame me for not taking a side.... your side.

I can't be wrong about the way I feel. It is, in fact, impossible.
So get over it yourself.
You can't even articulate why I'm wrong. I think that is telling about this whole "discussion". It is all about your feelings being hurt more than anyone's politics. And you forget which "side" I am on all too easily. You'd rather bite the heads off your allies because you don't like their sense of humor, their expression of deep rooted feelings on their blogs, their questioning of your assumptions (while you question everyone else's) than to stand up to the real enemy. If you are really a warrior now, shut up and fight the fascists and I'll gladly cheer you on and even join you when I can. Meanwhile, stop being such an asshole to me and everyone else who dares to disagree with you, which is ALL THAT I HAVE DONE, EVER. I have searched for the offending posts in the threads we've argued about before, and you drew first blood almost every time (with the possible exception of Betty Frieden, when I admitted I was feeling "in a Basil mood", a role you gave me the impression you "appreciated" at one time), so just stop playing self righteous victim. If you were ever murdered, I missed the memo.
We need to talk, but I think that the convo there is to be had exceeds the format of a comment on a blog.

I was wrong about one thing. I do know where you went wrong. It is here, and your accusation should have been the giveaway. I despise all Zionists, and especially you. You want me to fight and die in your battle, while you discuss the justification in an ivory tower. Why don't you do something?!
